Terms and Conditions

Welcome to PS Consulting (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in our in-person masterclasses, workshops, and related services (“Programs”). By registering for, attending, or engaging with our Programs, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Registration
Registration is considered confirmed only when:
- Full payment is received, or
- A valid written institutional agreement or purchase order is accepted by PS Consulting
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or limit registrations at our discretion.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that all registration details are accurate and complete.
2. Payments and Fees
Unless otherwise specified in writing:
- All fees are quoted in United States dollar (USD, $)
- Payments must be made according to the stated payment terms
- Fees exclude applicable taxes, duties, or bank charges
- Participants or sponsoring institutions are responsible for transaction costs
- PS Consulting is not responsible for travel costs.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of registration.
3. Refund, Credit, and Transfer Policy
Program fees are non-refundable, but transfer to future programs is allowed.
Participant Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing more than 14 days before the Program.
Credits or transfers may be applied to future Programs at our discretion.
PS Consulting Cancellations
If a Program is canceled by PS Consulting, participants may receive:
- A refund, or
- A transfer to a future Program, or
- A credit
4. Substitutions and Transfers
Participant substitutions are permitted with prior written notice and approval.
Institutional registrations may be transferred between eligible participants subject to Program suitability.
5. Group Registrations and Institutional Bookings
For institutional or group bookings:
- Payment terms may be governed by a separate written agreement
- Reserved seats may be released if payment deadlines are not met
- Institutions are responsible for communicating Terms to sponsored participants
Custom Programs may be subject to separate contractual terms.
6. Government and Institutional Invoicing
Where invoicing arrangements apply:
- Payment deadlines stated on invoices must be respected
- Delayed payments may result in participation restrictions
- Institutions remain responsible for full Program fees once confirmed
Purchase orders do not guarantee registration without formal acceptance.
7. Program Modifications
PS Consulting reserves the right to modify:
- Program content
- Speakers or facilitators
- Schedules
- Venues or delivery format
Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.
8. Participant Conduct and Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
- Maintain professional and respectful behavior
- Comply with venue policies and applicable laws
- Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate conduct
PS Consulting reserves the right to remove participants without refund for misconduct.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All Program materials, content, and methodologies are the intellectual property of PS Consulting unless otherwise stated.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit materials without written permission.
Program participation does not grant ownership rights.
10. Confidentiality and Professional Discretion
Programs may involve policy, governance, and institutional discussions.
Participants are responsible for maintaining appropriate discretion regarding sensitive or non-public information shared during sessions.
PS Consulting does not assume responsibility for participant disclosures.
11. Travel, Visas, and Accommodation
Participants are solely responsible for:
- Travel arrangements
- Visa requirements
- Insurance coverage
PS Consulting is not liable for travel disruptions, denied visas, or related costs.
12. Health, Safety, and Venue Compliance
Participants must comply with all applicable health, safety, and security protocols at Program venues.
PS Consulting reserves the right to enforce reasonable safety measures.
13. Force Majeure
PS Consulting shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural events
- Government restrictions
- Public health events
- Travel disruptions
- Venue unavailability
Programs may be rescheduled or modified accordingly.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PS Consulting shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Participant business, policy, or institutional outcomes
- Travel-related expenses
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the Program fee paid.
15. Data Protection and Privacy
Participant information is collected solely for Program administration and communication purposes.
Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
16. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Programs are educational in nature.
PS Consulting does not guarantee specific policy, economic, or institutional outcomes resulting from participation.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
